Sustainable Design

The client of this project needed new beginnings.  She has four children aged between 9-17 years of age.  The client had bought a piece of land in the Mullum Creek Estate which is located on an environmentally sensitive residential development.  The build is being overseen by the Estate’s design committee with a call for all aspects of the design being sustainable or recyclable.  In addition to this, it was requested that the home be designed with a ‘Wow’ factor and a Modern Barnyard/Industrial style.  They also wanted to make use of some old bricks, farm gates and other elements from her late father’s farm. The result is a warm and inviting home for the family to relax and escape. This home is currently under construction.
